At West Sussex Drains the service we provide is varied and job dependent. The start of any job is a call from the customer to our office staff, whether a home owner or business owner. You will be given a time and date for one of our drainage engineers to attend.
Sometimes your visit needs to happen quickly, for example a blocked toilet, bath or sink. Other jobs can be pre-booked at a time convenient to yourself. These jobs are often drainage maintenance or a septic tank empty.
Once your visit has been arranged, one of our trained engineers will attend and assess your problem. We will start to clear the blockage with high pressure water jetting and the relevant tools. Once the blockage has been removed, we clear down the surrounding areas of any mess of overspill from the blockage.
Sometimes this is all that is needed to rectify the problem. However, on other occasions the job can be more involved; this can be related to how and why the blockage occurred in the first place.
If the blockage is due to broken or non-maintained pipes, we can replace them or set up a planned schedule of cleaning to keep them working well.
Whatever the problem, we can work to resolve it for you leaving you with working and functioning drainage.
If we need to CCTV your drains, we have the equipment on board for this service. If we need to remove roots or re-line pipes, we have the knowledge and equipment to carry out these services too.
Commercial customers often have jobs that need to be dealt with at a time that works around their business hours. This could be school holidays when the children are not onsite, factory buildings when staff have finished for the day or week, or a doctors surgery that needs us to attend when the surgery is closed to patients. Whatever your business, we are happy to arrange with you attendance times that suit you and your staff.
